Fixed costs: hosting and domain
In addition to the one-time cost of creating a website, every site requires server space and its own address (domain). Depending on your needs – we help optimally select these services so you do not overpay for unnecessary parameters.
- Hosting: Currently, this costs from about 140 PLN annually.
- Domain: The purchase cost is usually from a dozen or so PLN for the first year. Renewal for the next year is typically an expense from several dozen PLN depending on the extension.
Worth knowing: Prices at providers vary greatly and it is easy to choose offers with expensive renewal. We help choose the most beneficial partners for the Client because these are fixed costs that need to be taken care of with exceptional attention.

What does a lifetime license mean?
At Studio i, you do not pay a subscription just for "owning" a website. After paying for the implementation, you receive a license to use the website without time limits. The website works for you without the need to pay monthly system subscriptions.
Why do prices per subpage decrease as their number increases?
This results from the optimization of technical processes. We create common elements (header, footer, styles) once, and each subsequent subpage involves work on its customized layout and content.
Does the price list include hosting and domain costs?
No, these are independent fees, paid directly to external infrastructure providers. We always advise on how to choose the most beneficial solution so that annual maintenance costs are optimal.
Are the given prices final?
The price list on the website is illustrative. The final price is always specified in the contract – therefore, we invite you to contact us for an individual quote that will take into account the specifics of your project and any changes in expectations.
Are integrations with external systems paid extra?
Basic integrations with SaaS platforms (e.g., pasting a ready-made booking or chat script) are usually carried out within the website implementation price.
What if I want to expand the website in the future?
Our projects are scalable. You can start with a simple digital business card and add further subpages to it in the future within the chosen technology.
Do I have to pay a subscription for WordPress updates?
We do not use fixed maintenance contracts. You can outsource technical support and system updates to us only when you actually feel the need. If you want to avoid fees, you can also update the WordPress system yourself.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices for all our services (websites, marketing), which allows for full settlement of investment costs in your company.
Is SEO optimization included in the price?
Each of our websites has basic technical adaptation (correct code, header structure). In the Premium variant, we offer in-depth technical optimization, which constitutes a solid foundation and introduction for further strategic marketing activities and positioning (additionally paid services).
